What happens when a customer taps?
A compatible NFC-enabled phone reads the link. The customer opens the notification to reach your review page or social profile. Leaving a review or following your page is their choice.
Do customers need an app?
No dedicated Tap Thing Co. app is needed. NFC support and behaviour depend on the phone and its settings. The destination website may ask the customer to sign in.
How is my link set up?
You provide the destination link for each product. We configure it before dispatch. Local Ottawa–Gatineau service also includes installation and setup.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You can return any product within 30 days of delivery, including products already configured with your link. We cover return shipping. Every order also includes a five-year product warranty.
Can I pay on this preview?
